"I have never waited longer for an elevator. Can’t understand why having 4 elevators still yield a longer than a 10-min wait. The bathroom sink facet broke off when using off. I had to screw it back on. Our suite door creaked when opening. There were no prior notice that the bottles of water were free. And no slippers offered in the room. The suite next to us was so loud that we can hear their kids in the early morning probably due to the lack of sound insulation between suites."

"Appears the hotel Is under renovations but it doesn’t appear like they are. Room was tidy and clean but very aged. Wallpaper peeling back, blinds partially broken, evidence of leak in the closet. Overall a good stay as none of these issues impacted our stay."

"The hotel is definately older, but extremely clean in spite of it, really reassuring. Lots of the staff were a bit inexperienced, but extremely pleasant and accomodating, so it was really nice. Only complaint is that the pool the 2nd day we were there literally had a skum skin on it, not sure what was going on with it, but pretty gross, and its super tiny. Food was simple, but tasty. All in all great, as long as you don't want a swim"

"I love staying here. The property is clean, rooms are spacious and comfortable. Bedding, pillows are high quality. The surrounding area has lots of options for food. Hotel rooms are quiet and outsude noise in hallways is minimal. Both staff that checked me in and out were extremely friendly, inviting, and accommodating. I felt valued and taken care of."
