Welcome to our one-of-a-kind 1-bedroom loft, perfect for short or long-term stays for up to 2 guests. Located inside the historic John Deere Warehouse, this unique space features stunning open-beam metal ceilings and exposed sprinkler systems that add to its industrial charm. The living room is spacious and relaxing, with access to a large balcony and tall East-facing windows that provide plenty of natural light.
This loft is perfect for those looking for a unique and comfortable stay in a historic building.

✦ TEMPORARY NOTICE: Construction for the LRT is underway in front of the building. Although pedestrian access through this side remains available, we have temporarily designated the back entrance for check-in purposes.
✦ You are booking the entire Loft.
✦ TV and Internet: Stay entertained with high-speed 300 Mbps internet and a large 55-inch Smart Curve TV with complimentary Netflix.
✦ Parking: Parking is a breeze with 1 heated underground stall included in your booking. The stall measurements are 8ft W x 18ft L and maximum clearance for underground access is 6’ 9”. For larger vehicles, a visitor area is available behind the building (back alley), and the guest is responsible for payment. Paid public parking is available on the street or paid private parking in front of the building.
✦ Kitchen: This kitchen boasts clean countertops, cabinetry, and basic appliances including a dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, 2-slice toaster, kettle, pots, pans, and all the essential cookware needed to whip up your favorite meals.
