- Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish private basement suite. Located a walking distance to restaurants, grocery stores like Walmart, Sobeys and more. Best of all Cozy Suite is 2 minutes to Anthony Henday highway. St Albert Servus Place recreational center, Skyview, Kingsway, Northgate and West Edmonton Mall is just minutes away. Sturgeon hospital is 10mins away, 17 mins to Royal Alex Hospital and 22 mins to U of A Hospital. Rogers Place and Edmonton Expo is also minutes away.
Prepare to relax as soon as you step inside this brand new legal 2-bedroom, 1-bathroom basement suite. Sleep soundly in the primary suite which offers a queen size bed and a closet. The second bedroom is also furnished with a queen size bed and also has a closet. Both bedrooms have high ceilings.
You'll love cooking in this new kitchen complete with stainless steel appliances and quartz countertops.
