  • Amazing location in beautiful Terrace Heights with proximity from Whyte Avenue, river valley and University of Alberta campus and University Hospital, Downtown, Rogers Place, West Edmonton Mall, Muttart Conservatory, Capilano Mall.
    It has everything for a quiet comfortable stay. Our property has keyless entry so should you arrive later in the day, you have total flexibility to access the unit without worrying/losing keys during your stay! Enjoy your stay. The House is an upper and lower split, and there is an occupant in the basement suite (lower split).
    Free Parking on street in front of the house. Or anywhere on the street.

We had a wonderful stay. The beds are so comfortable and the rooms were all spacious. All the amenities were just what we needed. The location is close to downtown but far enough away that it's easy to get to and parking was never a problem. Thanks so much for sharing your lovely space with us!

Stayed for a family getaway with my kids. After busy days doing different activities around the city, this was a great place to relax and recharge. Location was excellent. Close to the Citadel Theatre making for easy travel to a show. Quiet neighborhood. Beautiful decor in the home. Many options on the Roku to watch (only complaint was no Netflix.) Would stay again.

Nice and close to the expo center!

The house was great! The hosts were easy to reach and even set out a few snacks for us to enjoy when we checked in. The beds were comfortable. Bedding was nice. I really like that we had access to laundry and other cleaning supplies so we could tidy the space during our stay. We spent a lot of time at the expo center and it was a perfect location for us! If I could suggest anything to improve it I would have a nonstick frying pan available, cutting board and pepper. Overall a very nice time!

Great Home Away From Home

We stayed while our father was waiting for and had open heart surgery. The owner was quick to communicate and the property was as described. It was very well stocked with everything you would need to feel at home. It was close to both the Royal Alexander Hospital and The Mazankowski Heart Centre. The beds were comfortable and the parking was great. After a long day at the hospital it was nice to come home to a nice comfortable home and make a home cooked meal. The owner worked with us to accommodate our changing schedule. Would definitely recommend.
