-Our home is pet friendly and we only charge $30/pet/night. Please inform as you book if you are bringing pets with you.
What some of our guests do not love that much about our listing:
- The home can get a bit warm in the summer months and the house does not offer air conditioning. However, we provide tall cooling towers in each bedroom for ease and comfort sleeping at night, and open windows help create a great cross breeze to cool down the suite fast!
-This home does have a downstairs suite that is also a short term rental AND there is a possibility that the downstairs guests may have pets. The space is completely separate and not shared with the upstairs or vice versa. There is ample sound proofing between the two units so any noise concerns are largely mitigated.
Our house comfortably sleeps 8 guests with 1 king size bed, 3 queen size beds.
- All beds complete with fresh sheets changed after every single guest.
Complimentary Wi-Fi, Netflix, tea and coffee. The kitchen comes fully loaded with brand new stainless steel appliances such as a microwave, fridge, electric stove and dishwasher along with glasses, mugs, dishes and cutlery.
Once you stay with us, you'll feel like you're simply staying at a home you own!
Guest access
You have full and total access of our home during your stay, including the garage located the back (west) side of the home, large private deck with 3-seating outdoor dining table and brand new patio furniture with lots of seating room and a private propane bbq. Feel free to stream Netflix as much as you like, whip up anything you can dream of in our fully stocked chef's kitchen, or jump in your car/take an Uber to Tamarack Common - one of the most vibrant shopping districts in all of Edmonton!

Our homes are fully stocked with the essentials you’ll need for a comfortable stay. Supplies are set up to last approximately 7 days. For extended stays beyond this, guests will need to purchase and maintain any additional items they require.
- For Winter Weather: During the winter season, snow is removed within 24 hours "after" the snowfall has ended.
Rates for Pet Fees per Pet:
Nightly Rate: $30/night per pet
Weekly Rate: $150/week per pet
Monthly Rate: $300/month per pet
*Please note the pet fee charges are not included in our advertised pricing and are charged separately after the booking is confirmed. This must be arranged and paid prior to arrival. Please inform us when you book if you are bringing pets as it needs approval first by the property owner.
PET RULES
*Pets are not allowed on the beds under any circumstances
*Please clean up after your pet and keep them off the furniture where possible. A $75 clean up fee may be applied if pet droppings are left in the yard or in the property.
*Pets must be kept on a leash at all times when in the backyard. This area is a shared space, and we appreciate your cooperation in maintaining a respectful environment for everyone.
