    The Space:

    Pineapple Villa in Wyndham Resort

    Just a couple blocks from beach access this nicely furnished home for large gatherings located in a private area near the back gate of Wyndham.

    This 2364 sqft house has 5 bedrooms and sleeps 12 with an interior dining table for up to 12.

    On the main level you have a fully furnished kitchen with everything you could think of to make you feel at home away from home including a Keurig and regular coffee maker. There is a 12 person dining table and large island. There is a private tranquil screened porch in the back and ample room throughout the living space to engage in board games. There is a full bathroom with a tub/shower in the hallway that joins with a queen/twin xl bunk. There is a separate queen bedroom with a laundry set with porch access.

    Upstairs you will find a king master suite with a private balcony tv, a small drink refrigerator and a double vanity bathroom with a shower and lots of storage in the bathroom. There is an additional king master suite with a full tub/shower combo with a balcony that is shared to a queen bedroom with a bathroom with a shower. Down the hall on the landing there is a twin xl and a laundry room across the hall with a second washer and dryer. All beds have a USB station on one of the nightstands.

    There are TVs in 4 of the bedrooms.

    The house is lifted so you can drive under and there is room for 4 vehicles with two side by side at the end. There is a nice entertainment area under the home with seating, dining, ping pong and cornhole.



    As a guest you can purchase amenity passes to access putt putt, 3 swimming pools, gym, tennis, pickle ball courts, a private beach and picnic tables.

Great extended family get away.

Wonderful property, well stocked kitchen, and other amenities were great. We had 11 adults in our group, and all had plenty of space. this had lots of little extras that made the stay very enjoyable.

Perfect for family

We rented both units, for my son's wedding on the island. It was perfect and great to have us all there together. The wildlife kept our little ones entertained. Everyone had their own space to relax.

Great getaway

My family and I enjoyed this house. It was large enough for 9 adults to move around freely. It gave us a place big enough that we were able to relax, play board games, cook breakfast, and watch movies together. We enjoyed it so much and are now talking about making this a yearly trip.

Great Place For Multiple Families

What a nice place to relax and unwind for both families. All the kids loved the rooms. Parents enjoyed the 2 King Beds. The kitchen was well stocked with bowls, dishes, utensils and more. We took advantage of the table tennis, Cornhole, board games and golf cart. Straight back exit to the beach, which was a huge plus. Even better was the 2 washing machines and dryers. Highly recommend this place and we are looking to book next year.

The Early Sixties Crowd

Four of us who knew each other in college (late 70s) and are now in our sixties met here for our nearly annual fishing and grilling weekend. We found the house to be very comfortable with plenty of space and privacy for all. A well-appointed kitchen helped make our somewhat rainy weekend a success. We found that parking accommodates three vehicles, so speak to the property manager if more than that.
