The Hoxton Edinburgh
Great hotel, rooms clean and nice. Decent part of town close to station and tram stop. Highlight would be the staff who were always helpful and polite, especially the breakfast team who were great for gluten free. The coffee was also excellent which is surprisingly unusual in hotels I find.

Everything was ok, but just ok. Dinner was arranged by Globus and it was terrible, the pasta and the chicken should have been so much better but the chicken was dry dry dry and the pasta was overcooked to the point of being mushy. The Resident Edinburgh
Room was more compact than photos suggested and only one small window made the room feel dark. Extremely comfy beds, great showers with lovely toiletries. Was also really nice to have a microwave in the room. Great stay just would have been nicer if the room wasnt as compact.
