The West Wing at The Mill House

  • Welcome to The West Wing at The Mill House, a delightful 250-year-old cottage, once a former millers house.



    The cottage is nestled amongst rolling fields, close to the idyllic Phantassie Doocot and ancient Preston Mill on the banks of the River Tyne. Situated just half a mile from all village amenities – including two pubs and a local shop.



    This inviting space features a cosy living room adorned with books, a wood burner, TV, and Wi-Fi, perfect for a relaxing evening indoors. Guests can enjoy the convenience of a fully equipped kitchen, complete with a washing machine, oven, hob, and dining area, ideal for a comfortable self-catered stay.



    Upstairs you’ll find three bedrooms and a family bathroom, including one king-size room, a double room, and a charming single room.



    Admire the stunning views surrounding the cottage and relax in your own patio garden furnished with garden furniture and a bird table. Private parking is provided, and we welcome up to two dogs to join you during your stay.
