My apartment was clean and larger than expected, with a a well stocked kitchen and spacious bathroom. Easy for EICC where I was at a conference. Close to Haymarket station abd tram. Very reasonably priced compared with hotels. Check in and out smooth. Would recommend.

I absolutely loved my stay! The beds were amazingly comfortable and the suite was perfectly clean. They also had everything I needed to iron clothing, do laundry, and even bake and cook! The location was also perfect! We walked to the royal mile in about 10 minutes each day with tons of cute shops and restaurants on the way. Definitely ask the front desk for directions, because Google only offers an alternative route that is a little slower and a little less charming. Every morning my partner and I got breakfast right next door at the Fountain Cafe where we were met with a small-town-like hospitality. We talked with locals and other tourists, and we really fell in love with the host, Liz, who gave us lots of tips on how to get a deal seeing the sights. I cannot recommend Premier Suites Edinburgh Fountain Court enough. PLEASE, if you choose to book here, consider doing so through more local means by giving them a call or using their official website so my new favorite stay can get the pay they deserve.

The property was very spacious and clean with comfortable beds and good utilities (dishwasher, washer/dryer, oven, fridge, freezer). Most necessary items were provided although it would have been nice to have some surface cleaning spray and more washing up liquid and toilet paper. Very nice bathroom and shower, although it took a while for the water pressure to get high enough and the heating was quite fiddly to get to the right temperature. Cleaning service provided which was appreciated, and friendly staff who were happy to provide you with anything you need to make your stay enjoyable. Private secure off road parking. Easy walk to town with multiple supermarkets, restaurants and takeaways within a five minute walk. Can recommend the 20 minute walk to the National Museum of Scotland and Edinburgh Castle, or a very short walk to shops in the New Town and a walk by the river in Dean Village. On one day a man knocked on my door and asked to check the meter readings. As a woman travelling alone it would have been nice to be informed of this before, as having a man suddenly turn up to the apartment made me feel a bit uncomfortable. Otherwise communication from staff was good and there was lots of information provided on how to use the facilities and appliances provided and things to do in the local area. I would recommend to anyone looking to stay in a good location in Edinburgh, and I would come back to stay again.
