A modern town house on a quiet street neighbouring Holyrood Park which provides glorious views of Arthur's Seat and Salisbury Crags. Laid out over four floors (climbing stairs is essential) with a double bedroom (shower en-suite) on the ground floor, two double bedrooms (showers en-suite), single bedroom and bathroom on the first floor, sitting room, kitchen and dining room on the second floor and on the top floor a large gallery/sitting room with desk work space. A single garage, off-street parking and enclosed garden.

A beautiful townhouse in a wonderful location! Clean with all the necessities. Everyone in our family, ages 84 - 16, enjoyed their time at the townhouse while exploring Edinburgh and taking day trips.
The home is beautiful, wonderful space for a family or several couples. Especially loved the location. An easy walk to High Street and having the park and Arthur's Seat right outside the home was a treat for sure. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Our family LOVED staying here. It was very clean, lots of space, well stocked kitchen & fabulous hosts. We loved looking out at Arthur’s Seat. We will be back!
This property was perfect for our family vacation. We had 5 adults and 3 children. Plenty of bedroom, bath and gathering space. Clean, with all the conveniences of home. Easy to get into the city and also enjoy the outdoor space in the back! Would return here.
Every person enjoys their own bedroom/bathroom. Nice sitting area with a functional kitchen. Owner provided many adapters for those who forgot. Easy walking to the Royal Mile and the Edinburgh Castle. Pretty quiet street - didn’t bother the persons in the front bedrooms.
We rented this for a multi-family stay. Everyone liked the rooms, the location, and the layout. Our hosts were gracious and easy to work with. They made us feel welcome and went out of their way to make sure our stay was pleasant. I highly recommend this beautiful place.

My family and I stayed in this wonderful home from which we explored Edinburgh and other areas. It's a beautiful home, well equipped, and everyone enjoyed having their own room. The owners were very responsive. I definitely recommend staying here when you're on travel.
This is a great property - everywhere in Edinburgh is walkable. The layout is also really good - we were able to accommodate friends and family across the multiple floors. Really clean and with great views it was a perfect retreat after a busy day in the City. Thoroughly recommend it.
Perfect for 6 adults and 21 month old. Enough room for everybody to have alone time if needed. Views were spectacular. Easy to get to down town Edinburgh. Hop on hop off bus tour was great. Everyone raved about all amenities. We would rent again.
As a group we were overwhelmed by the spacious accommodations, the relative distance (short) from all of our intended attractions in Edinburgh, but more than anything the extreme comfort and gorgeous views provided by the residence.
My family, my husband, 2 adult children and myself had a very enjoyable time at this property. There was plenty of room for everyone to enjoy spending time in the city as well as downtime. The weather was cold and rainy and the fireplace made our stay warm and inviting.
We had a couple of questions due to our itinerary and response was quick from the host and very helpful. If we visit Edinburgh again, I will definitely check this property first for availability.
This Edinburgh property is probably the best holiday home I've ever stayed in. Set over four floors, it was spacious for three adults and three children. Two living rooms, big kitchen and dining room. Large bedrooms with ensuites. And what a view out to Albert's Seat! Centrally located - we walked into town past Holyrood Palace, Scottish Parliament and up the Royal Mile to Edinburgh Castle in an easy stroll. Free off-street parking too. It really is a lovely, well appointed property. Surpassed my expectations. Many thanks Mike and Cheryl!
