Bus stop (£1.70 single, £4.00 day ticket) - 5 minute walk. The Palace of Holyroodhouse, Scottish Parliament, Royal Mile and supermarket - 10 minute walk.

A modern town house on a quiet street neighbouring Holyrood Park which provides glorious views of Arthur's Seat and Salisbury Crags. Laid out over four floors (climbing stairs is essential) with a double bedroom (shower en-suite) on the ground floor, two double bedrooms (showers en-suite), single bedroom and bathroom on the first floor, sitting room, kitchen and dining room on the second floor and on the top floor a large gallery/sitting room with desk work space. A single garage, off-street parking and enclosed garden.

Wonderful Place

This house was so clean and spacious. Every floor is thoughtful with a guest in mind. The beds are super comfortable and the neighborhood is not only quiet but so close to where you want to be. This is the perfect place to stay and we will definitely be requesting it upon our return to Edinburgh!

Scotland Christmas Vacation

My family, my husband, 2 adult children and myself had a very enjoyable time at this property. There was plenty of room for everyone to enjoy spending time in the city as well as downtime. The weather was cold and rainy and the fireplace made our stay warm and inviting. We had a couple of questions due to our itinerary and response was quick from the host and very helpful. Top notch holiday accommodation

This Edinburgh property is probably the best holiday home I've ever stayed in. Set over four floors, it was spacious for three adults and three children. Two living rooms, big kitchen and dining room. Large bedrooms with ensuites. And what a view out to Albert's Seat! Centrally located - we walked into town past Holyrood Palace, Scottish Parliament and up the Royal Mile to Edinburgh Castle in an easy stroll. Free off-street parking too. It really is a lovely, well appointed property. Surpassed my expectations. Many thanks Mike and Cheryl!
