You'll have the entire home to yourself and will only share it with other guests in your party.
Lovely bungalow, sunny garden
Home from home. You will have at your disposal, a sunny south facing private garden with outdoor dining space, 2 bedrooms with super king size bed and an IKEA day bed which pulls out to double, spacious living room and fully equipped kitchen, sky TV/broadband, ample storage. Welcome!
The space
We have a large open plan living room and kitchen. The living room has a large sofa bed, big screen TV with Sky TV and broadband, and a desk if any work is required. The living room gets the sun all day. The kitchen has everything you need, along with a dinner table for 4 people.
Bedroom 1 is a large bedroom with a super king size bed, drawers and fitted wardrobe.
Bedroom 2 is smaller, and contains a shelved wardrobe and IKEA daybed (can be double or single)
The garden is lovely when the sun is shining as it's south facing and gets the sun most of the day. A table with 4 chairs is at your disposal for alfresco dining. You are free to use the BBQ if you wish.
The bathroom has a bath with the shower which is heated by the boiler.
Guest access
The whole house and garden will be at your disposal.
Waverley Railway Station is only around 10 minutes away by train, or 5 minutes to Haymarket. There are many bus routes to the centre within 5-10 minutes walk. There is a frequent bus service to Edinburgh Airport, which is around a 10 minute walk away, then another 10 minutes to the Airport on the bus.
You will find a large Tesco and Lidl within 10 minutes walk, and 20 for Morrisons.
Again, within walking distance you will find plenty of restaurants - Chinese, Indian, Lebanese, British, and also a few bars should you wish to stay local. If you wish to order takeaway, the usual will deliver to the house - Deliveroo, Just Eat, Uber.
If you are driving, the M8, M9 and M90 motorways are very close making for easy access to Glasgow, and the Highlands.
Murrayfield stadium is around 1 hour on foot, or you can take a short walk to a nearby bus or tram stop for a quicker journey.
We are clost to a large park, perfect for walkies with your dog!!
