Parquet qui craque sous la moquette les ressorts du matelas qui sont visibles et qui vous font mal quand vous essayer de dormir pas de wifi gratuite manque télécommande de la télévision sur 7 nuits le lits n'a pas été fait une fois n'y l' aspirateur ainsi que les serviettes de bain qui elle non pas été changer bonton de la chasse d'eau des WC défectueux trou dans le sol de la salle de bain je déconseille fortement cette hôtel je suis très decus je trouve même inadmissible que l'on puisse nous proposer cette hôtel une ne honte pour votre site ebookers.fr ceci était la seule et la dernière fois que je passe ce site

Nightmarish hotel - I want my money back !!!

I book room in this hotel via hotels.com, a few weeks ago and I requested that is important to me to have a window and private bathroom, also it was information that this room has a bathroom ! Unfortunately, in reality was completely different ; room was located in the basement with very small skylight, awful smell, absolutely not suitable to sleep in. Receptionist was not very helpful, manager was not there. I found that it was impossible to stay in this hotel. I left very disappointed and I had to find another place to stay in. I have to be reimbursed, as I didn’t stay in this hotel. Tried to ring to hotels.com, but no respons ‼️‼️

Awful needs to be shut down. The carpet was a sea of hair, never cleaned, Ever. Sick patch on the floor. Nail clippings stuck in carpet. Shower walls sticky unclean. A prison cell, not a room.

Just don't

1.5 days without hot water and electricity. Pubes in all our beds and neighbor. No toilet paper on the shared toilet, had to ask for it. Friend got his back injured due to the bad beds. No compensation was offered due to the lack of electricity and hot water. Just stay away from this place.

Description might be misleading

Overall it was fine. Just mislead by the fact that it was written private bathroom and toilet on my booking which is not actually the case. It was a shared bathroom for 3 rooms. The bathroom and toilet looked nice but unfortunately the other users do not keep it clean and spilled water all over the place. It was not very pleasant to use. It is also mentioned that there is daily house keeping however my room was not cleaned on the second day of my stay.
