This flat was the perfect location in Edinburgh. Easily walkable to everything we wanted to do and we even had a great view of Grassmarket street where there were live performances. The only thing I would say is that the shower pressure wasn’t ideal, but it was still serviceable!
Apartment was very clean and fabulous location to see all of Edinburgh.
Bedroom is at the back of the apartment so could not hear noise from the Grassmarket at night.

Some issues but pleasant stay
Some issues but pleasant stay. The location was great to explore the city. But some issues entering the rental (locked gates early/late in the day, no key in lockbox on arrival) made for some frustrating moments. The rental is small, but we made it work. No clear explanations on how to use the washer/dryer combo, and the TV did not work ( we were told to check for empty batteries in the remotes..!?). Overall a nice stay.
Great area but very noisy at night. The entrance way where you get keys was blocked by the stores merchandise. There was also dog feces all through the walkway, stairs and hallway. The apartment itself was nice but the dryer did not work.
