Lack of cleaning

It was obvious that the apartment floors were not cleaned, the kitchen floor was dirty and you could see dirt along the baseboards throughout. The carpets appeared vacuumed. The location was excellent. I sent two email queries during our stay without response. I did hear back though when we had trouble leaving the keys when we left.
