The surrounding area is a truly unique development in the heart of Edinburgh's city centre. Named Quartermile as it is a quarter of a mile to Edinburgh Castle and also a quarter of a mile from corner to corner. It is a prestigious locale, home to a number of stylish bars, cafes and shops, with the meadows at its doorstep. Within the development itself lies A Sainsbury's, Starbucks coffee shop and Peters Yard, so you merely have to pop out of the front door to find yourself some great food or hot morning coffee. We also recommend that you take a stroll through the vast greenery in the heart of the city, or have a gander at the myriad of wonders in the National Museum of Scotland. If you’d like to check out the attractions of the Royal Mile and Princes Street, a mere ten-minute walk will lead you to both. If you’d like to venture further afield, there are bus stops located 100 metres from the property, serviced by the efficient Lothian Bus company. Edinburgh Waverley is also within walking distance, meaning you have the rest of Scotland at your fingertips to explore!
This property doesn't come with free parking. Paid parking is available at Q-Park Quartermile located underneath the Quartermile Development.
Alternatively, limited paid on street parking is available in George Square.
A meet and greet service is provided, whereby you will be met at the property to be provided with keys and to be shown the property. Please arrange your arrival with the property manager.
Entry to the apartment is from 16:00 onwards; however, please note that arrivals after 19:00 may incur a late arrival fee of £25 for unsociable hours with arrivals after 22:00 incurring a late arrival fee of £40. Arrivals after midnight will access the property via a key safe. If you are arriving earlier than 16:00 on your day of arrival, it is always worth contacting the property manager as they will always endeavour to give you access as soon as possible.
The latest departure time is 10:00, however, a guaranteed later departure (up to 20:00) can be arranged for a fee of 50% of the daily rate for that day but please note this is subject to no existing booking arriving that day already. A £200 refundable damage/security deposit is due 7 days before arrival, and refunded after departure.
All properties are strictly non-smoking, and do not accept hen/stag/party groups. At least one guest must be over 25 years old.

Great location for my needs. Very clean and convenient with the washer/dryer, well stocked kitchen and building security. I would recommend it to friends and would stay there again.
Excellently positioned apartment with lovely park nearby and very open floorplan. Well appointed bed is firm, relativem quite as well. Fast wifi and food nearby. Some cubourds and shelves were dusty but otherwise very clean as well.
The flat is in a nice neighborhood that is convenient to the places we wanted to visit. It well-appointed and Tony was very helpful at check-in. And the view from the bedroom window is stunning. Everything worked well—a flawless visit!
This apartment was ideal for us to explore Edinburgh. It is in a quiet block with a lovely view so was very relaxing. The area is just a short walk from the bustling city and all the attractions so it was good to get back to the peace after a days sightseeing. The apartment is well equipped although we mainly ate out as Edinburgh has many great restaurants and cafes. Sainsbury's is very close by. Tony was very friendly and helpful and easy to contact and communicate with. We would recommend this apartment and would stay here again.
Apartment with good space, close to action, outside of tourist crush.
We were in Edinburgh for 4 nights and needed a spacious apartment in a central location. This apartment was just right for the two of us. There is plenty of room, bedroom has a wonderful view, and the kitchen had all the amenities. The building was safe and in a very good location to walk to Edinburgh sites. It is just outside the main crush of tourists yet close enough to get to things. We felt safe in the evening walking back. A very handy supermarket is must a block away. The underground parking lot is right across the street. Tony was excellent at communicating - his response to our inquiries was very good. We highly recommend this property.
It's a comfortable property with a spacious kitchen and is in a great central location with easy access to Old and New Town, and Southside/Meadows. For my Fringe trip it was ideal.
Perfect location for a stay in Edinburgh. We enjoyed it tremendously and would definitely recommend it.

This was a lovely apartment. A great location, close to the centre, parkland just outside, convenience store and restaurants very close by.
Our only one reservation (hence loosing the fifth star) was the noise from the apartment upstairs (at night). If you're a heavy sleeper or wear earplugs I would recommend this apartment.

Pleasant Flat with Spectacular Location and View
Our check in experience was poor. Hide and go seek search for key was extremely frustrating. Flat’s location is fabulous and the view amazing. Clean and well equipped kitchen. Clean bathroom with awkward tub/shower. Very comfortable bed. Very quiet, well maintained building.
Absolutely loved this property. It’s the perfect size for two. We had plenty of room and appreciated all the conveniences. Bakeries, groceries and restaurants are steps away. It’s well situated in the city for walking to major sites like the Royal Mile and Grassmarket. We even walked to Waverly station to catch a train to Sterling. The immediate area, including the Meadows and the University are beautiful and full of activity. Found the management compan to be very responsive to questions and requests. We would definitely want to stay here again.
This is a superb flat. Very quiet, with a bedroom window looking out over The Meadows to the south. You are mere steps off Middle Meadow Walk, so it is quick to head anywhere in the city. The kitchen is well stocked, and the bed has a comfortable mattress. Having a washing machine was so nice! There's a Sainsbury's one minute away. The caretaker was right there to meet us when we arrived, and responded quickly when we had questions later. Would certainly stay here again!
