We have just finished a full and complete renovation on this flat. It's right on Leith Walk and you can walk to Waverly station in 15 minutes. We're surrounded by shops and restaurants of all types that you can imagine. Old town is also about a 15 minute walk away. If you want to be in the centre of the city, but just a few minutes away from the nightlife and tourist attractions, this is the place to be.

This was the perfect location! It was a quick walk to the metro that was an easy ride to the city centre. The place was spacious and clean. It did get a little noisy especially having to keep the window open during the summer but after a day of walking and fun we slept hard. Great food and cafe's very close by. Would stay here again!
Andrew's property was clean and spacious. The beds and couch were comfortable, and the shower and laundry were easy to operate. The exterior door to building 1 was a little difficult to find, but the place was overall a great crash pad for our time in Edinburgh.

Fine for a night, well equipped. Plenty of trams and buses.
This modest 2 bedroom apartment situated us well for our 2 night stay in Edinbugh. Off the center of the bustling city, a 25 minute stroll gained you access to all the sites. Even walkable, was Arthur's Seat and Holyrood where we happened upon the King's helicoptor landing for the annual Garden Party. Magical! Don't let the access from the alley and strret noise concern you. We felt very secure and loved the neighborhood establishments!

The description of the property was not accurate. The bedding was not comfortable and smelled terrible.
Good location near bars restaurants and a supermarket
A lovely clean flat with everything you need. The only negative would be the larger bed rocked every time the other person moved waking you up so we didn’t get much sleep.
The kitchen had a good selection of cupboard items including teas and coffee but we couldn’t find a cafetière to use the fresh coffee which was the only thing we would have used.
The flat overlooks a busy street which is fine as long as you take earplugs.
Die Fenster waren undicht und man konnte jedes Gespräch von den vorbeigehenden Passanten hören. Die Böden haben geknarrt. Die Betten haben bei jeder Bewegung gequietscht und die Matratzen waren durchgelegen. Es gab nur eine Matratze und eine Decke für die King-Size-Betten. Das Bad müsste renoviert werden (Klodeckel locker, Silikonfugen schwarz, Tür durch Feuchtigkeit angegriffen) und es fehlte allgemein an Sauberkeit im Bad. In der Küche gab es große Schubladen mit Tee neben Periodenunterwäsche und hingelegten Weingläsern etc. Die Töpfe und der Ofen waren Schmutzig.
Appartement chaleureux, confortable, très bien équipé. Un peu bruyant mais c est le prix à payer pour un bon emplacement en ville, à 2 pas d un Tesco et tram. Bonne literie, salle de bain impeccable, grande cuisine, beaucoup de petits équipements pratiques. Andrew très réactif et un super guide complet digital. Excellent séjour pour découvrir cette magnifique ville.
Wir waren zufrieden. Eine schöne Küche, nur leider ist es schwierig für 4 Personen darin zu kochen. Es sind keine großen Töpfe da bzw Pfannen. In der Nähe ist es aber einfach gute Gastronomie zu finden.
Die Wohnung ist sehr umsichtig ausgestattet. Die Lage ist perfekt um die Stadt zu Fuß zu erkunden. Vom Flughafen fährt die Straßenbahn bis fast vor die Haustür, wir hätten gar keinen Mietwagen gebraucht. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war problemlos. Pubs und Restaurants sowie Supermärkte direkt um die Ecke. Der Hauseingang war etwas schwierig zu finden ansonsten alles perfekt!

L'appartement en lieu même est bien. Le lave linge est un plus, il ne manque rien mais il n'y a pas de double vitrage. On entend absolument tout ce qu'il se passe dans la rue. A cette epoque il fait jour a 4h du matin en ecosse, il serait chouette d'investir dans de veritable rideau et le lit a ressort est a changer aussi. On loue un appartement pour y dormir, ce serait.donc bien de pouvoir dormir !
Le logement est conforme aux photos très pratique pour un séjour de quelques jours a Edinburgh. L'hôte porte une attention particulière au détails (quelques condiment, produit hygiénique, bouchon d'oreille ). Le seul bémol, c'est le bruit de la rue très présent car le logement donne directement sur une rue passante et l'insonorisation n'est pas top.
