"The hotel is located in a very convenient area. You can find restaurants, bar, theatre and parks very close by. Love the hotel, it has a rooftop pool, a gym and two restaurants. The staff is very attentive and polite. Main attractions are in walking distance. I will highly recommend this hotel."

"Easy check-in. Nicely located in Roma Norte, close to shops and attractions but on a quiet street. Staff were nice and accommodating. We requested a clean up for 1 day - it was decent. However, when we came back our pinpad was not functional. We immediately notified the front desk and they addressed the issue quickly. Overall a very lovely stay; the amenities were great. "Older hotel. AC dost work well. With that said they brought fan that worked good and maintenance staff did everything they could. From check intel check out staff was 100%. We ate most of our meals at the restaurants and food was very good. What makes this average hotel into an excellent hotel is the service in the staff. They’re very well trained and super nice people."
