Staff was very confused on breakfast trying to charge when we had pay on reservation. During checking I confirmed about the breakfast because of past experience. Took about 20 min on breakfast to figure out that we didn’t have to pay it. Shower curtains were so duty making the bathroom smell dirty.

The location was ok and parking was easy. However the restaurant and bar were out of service, the tissue holder was empty snd so was the lotion container.

The property is what you’d expect from a HGI, but it seemed overpriced, and what appeared to be a free buffet actually cost $10 per person. The signage for the breakfast should have been prominently placed before you entered the buffet area. Although it’s in a suburban area with plentiful parking, there are signs posted that parking is $8. For the location and cost of the hotel, I’d expect both breakfast and parking to be included. When I checked out, staff wouldn’t give me a printed invoice, despite my request.

The place is clean and it was a pleasant stay, we had my mom in a wheelchair and had a huge handicap room. My only complaint is having to pay for parking, no free breakfast and it was $75 for my dog to stay, which was too much.

Not worth the price. Continental breakfast free in most hotels, they charge $10.00. Parking is $8 per day, "restaurant" is actually a bar with THREE bar stools only open from 5pm to 9pm. Looked like something chewed through the refrigerator cabinet in room. Hotel fire alarm went off a 1am, had to evacuate for 30 minutes. I am not happy to spend over $400 for this hotel for two nights.

I have an overall of three stars due to the fact you are charged by a third party to park your car at in the Hilton Gardens parking lot at $8.00 dollars a night. That’s ridiculous.

Place was clean and staff were very nice. My room had an issue with the toilet that started around 4:30am my first day there, and I had to grab a plunger to use to first solve the issue (I was awoken by the toilet water rising with nasty stuff). Afterwards, each time I used the toilet, I had to use the plunger to make sure it went down. The front desk person that gave me the plunger at 5am knew and I also responded to a text about it that asked how my stay was going. It wasn’t until I told a third person at the front desk on the second day of dealing with it that there was the issue and they sent someone up, and it was working by then. Also, on that early morning day when I had to fix the toilet, I was finally able to get back to sleep when housekeeping showed up at around 7:50am. A bit too early, especially after having to deal with everything. The bed felt like it was older and each position it felt like there was parts of the mattress that were sticking up and I couldn’t find a good spot when I didn’t feel jabbed. When I left at 4:30am on Sunday, I was approached by a man who came up and surprised me asking for money, so the security was just not there either.

Very nice Hilton Garden; friendly staff. Room was spacious and bathroom was very clean. Only complaint is room temp was hard to regulate. Excellent location with all things Annapolis within 10 minutes.

Like the hotel overall. The room smelled great when walking in and room was clean. Now it had a small tv that wasn't a smart tv , low bed, no complementary breakfast, no plush covers.

Nice place, cheap toilet paper. Also disappointing that a suburban hotel separately charges for parking ($8/24 hrs) and breakfast ($10/pp). Neither added cost is indicated on the location website. These add $28 per night stay for a couple.

I didn't like paying $8.00 a day to park my car in an open parking lot. I would rather be charged $8.00 more per night and have parking included. Don't like being nickeled and dimed for things. If it had been a garage, secure lot, that would have been different.

Didn't like the fact that you also have to pay $8 per day to park in their surface lot. This is also not advertised anywhere so you are kind of stuck once you get there to check in and they shock you with that extra fee.
