Love this cozy house!
We were 3 adults and the house had ample room for 3 or 4 others. Everything was very clean and neat. Bedroom linens were so nice- my daughter wanted to replicate in her apartment. Living room was freshly decorated with a very comfy couch. Kitchen worked out great and had all the kitchen supplies and cookware we needed. (Its nice to have foil and plastic wrap available). We cooked half the meals here. The weather on this Jan week was rainy so we did not get to enjoy the deck or screened in porch but that would have been another plus. The location was perfect for us- easy access to bike paths leading to town. An easy walk to town. We enjoyed our stay and will definitely come back to this cozy house. And the owner was a pleasure!

A Wonderful vacation home

An enjoyable stay in Edgartown
A quiet , clean home in a cute area outside the hustle and bustle. The hose was very attentive. She reached out to check on us with a up coming storm. We appreciated her welcome binder with brochures addresses and phone numbers of area attractions and businesses. Our stay on Martha’s Vineyard was awesome!!

Well-equipped house in great condition
This was house is in good condition and was well-equipped with everything we could have wanted. Host was very communicative and answered the one question we had immediately. The basement is outfitted with games for rainy days. Location is a small neighborhood about 1 mile from the center of Edgartown, sidewalks available for most but not all of the walk.

Lovely stay
This is our third time staying here and it keeps getting better! The house is the perfect size, great location and Korrie is a pleasure to work with. She even offered assistance when we had a ferry issue! Will definitely be returning.

Best of the Best
We have been visitors to MV for 25 years. We've rented various houses all in Edgartown or Katama. 1 Dunham's Path is unanimously voted our favorite house. Location, yard, and quality of household items was outstanding. We honestly could not have asked for anything more. We also had 6 perfect beach days which made it a 10+ vacation. Thank you, Korrie and already making notes for 2024!

A wonderful property in a great location! Fully stocked with chairs, bikes, boogie boards, etc. Air conditioning throughout, and a spacious basement with ping pong, Wii, and plenty of board games. Easily accommodated our party of 7.

Fantastic Home!! Jawsome!
Incredibly friendly and resposive owners! Our original booking at another home was cancelled so we had to find another property at the last minute. Korrie communicated very quickly about her propery and the availability. The home is perfect and is stocked with all of the comforts of home (coffee, foil, detergents, soap, shampoo/conditioner, sheets/towels, games (ping pong!!)...So great not to have to bring all of this "stuff". Very clean propery with a great open floor plan in a peaceful, private setting. We had a Jawsome first experience fishing and seeing the sights on Martha's Vinyard. Thanks so much!

Wonderful family oriented home on Martha’s Vineyard
The house is is in a great location, very close to South Beach, Edgartown and Morning Glory Farm. Bedrooms are big and have good storage and AC. The kitchen is very well equipped and charcoal grill off back deck and screened in porch. All the amenities of towels, soaps and some pantry items are provided. The best surprise was the finished basement with ping pong table, games, tv and a cool environment. I contacted owner for a quick question and Korrie responded immediately. Perfect place to enjoy MV.

Couldn’t have asked for more
From our initial contact to our last moment, the owners made our stay wonderful. Thoughtful and responsive, they’ve created a home where nothing has been overlooked. The location was perfect, easily walkable to Edgartown, not far from a bike path, yet situated in a quiet wooded lot away from busy neighborhoods. Well stocked, with a beautiful family room/game room downstairs, and plenty of space for 8, we plan to return again and again.

Perfect spot in MV
Our family had a wonderful week at Korrie's house. The house is well-located, clean, and extremely well stocked. We also appreciated how quiet it was with a tucked-away location just off the main road. The kids enjoyed the yard (and bird feeder), and the basement was perfect for ping-pong and movie nights. We are already excited for another trip!

An Island Treasure
Our stay at Korrie’s lovely cottage was fabulous! A spotless, well maintained, beautifully decorated and well stocked house with all the amenities and then some. Korrie was a wonderful host. She responded instantly to a concern we had, and remedied the situation in a timely and efficient manner. In honor of our anniversary, she had a welcome gift basket full of Island treasures waiting for us upon our arrival. Korrie is a thoughtful, generous and attentive host, and I highly recommend this delightful Vineyard dream cottage!!!

Fantastic stay!
My family and I had a phenomenal experience renting Korrie’s property. It’s comfortable, well located, and is by far the best stocked/supplied rental house I’ve ever stayed in! Korrie was very easy to communicate with and very kindly accommodated us when a family emergency impacted our travel plans. We look forward to staying here again in the future- it is worth every penny of the fee!

Exceptional amenities and great MV location!
We rent houses frequently both in MV and up north for skiing and this house was the best I’ve seen in terms of attention to detail and comfort. They have thought of everything! It was so well equipped with everything anyone could need for an awesome Vineyard vacay. The location was ideal being both walking distance to downtown Edgartown and a short drive to South Beach. The screened in porch provided hours of happiness either reading our books with coffee or enjoying cocktails in the evening. The owner was wonderful to deal with. We hope to come back some day!

Comfortable and Close to Beach
We absolutely loved this property. It had everything we needed to cook a meal, relax, and explore. The linens were fresh, the beds were comfortable, and Korrie was easy to reach. The bikes, beach umbrellas and chairs were perfect. The Kalama beach is within 3 miles and Edgartown is a 20 minute walk. The basement is fully finished with a comfy couch, ping page tables, large television and games. I would love to stay here again.

A great MVI home in a perfect location.
This rental was perfect for our family and guests. The home was easy to find, located on a tiny marked street in a great Katama location. It was spotless and ready when we arrived. Our week was especially warm and the AC’s did a great job keeping the house cool. There’s ample indoor seating for extended families in both the living room and the beautifully finished lower level. The grounds are well cared for and the screened in porch and rear deck offer plenty of outdoor options. Lastly the owner, Korrie, was responsive and clearly committed to making sure we were completely satisfied. We could not ask for more. We would 100% come back.

Amazing Basement!
We had a fabulous time staying in this adorable home in Edgartown. It is private, well-maintained and VERY well stocked. We loved the screened in porch, the outside deck and the outdoor shower. We especially loved the renovated basement. Each night we would all collect in the cozy, clean basement and watch the Olympics while holding our own ping pong Olympics. Korrie, the homeowner, was very accommodating and quickly responded to any of our questions.

Great stay outside of Edgartown
Just returned from a trip with friends staying at Korrie's house and would highly recommend to others. The house was very tidy and had plenty of room for my wife and I plus two additional couples. Clean kitchen was stocked with plenty of essentials for cooking at the home, and the basement had a backup supply of just about anything you might need: paper towels, coffee, toilet tissue, etc. Great outside area with grill. Bedrooms all had AC units which was very much needed and appreciated during our stay. Location is excellent: far enough from town to feel the solitude (we saw deer and plenty of other wildlife while staying) but close enough to easily shoot into town, to the Chappy ferry, or the grocery store with relative ease. Korrie was an excellent host and provided quick and responsive help to a minor issue we had, which was quickly resolved. She was a great communicator throughout the booking and check-in process, much better than most hosts I've stayed with. Highly recommended and hope to be back. Thanks Korrie!

Great location!

My wife and I spent 3 days at MV along with our 4-yr old daughter and we luckily chose Korrie's beautiful house in Edgartown. It was the perfect size for our small family as it gave us plenty of things to do while we were indoors. It was really clean and had all the amenities that we needed. Korrie was a gracious host and responded promptly to our questions. The welcome guide she has put together for guests was a great resource to find restaurants and things to do in MV!

Outstanding property and owner. The accommodations were just as described, The location is ideal.....about 1 mile to center of Edgartown. Nice walk everyday to the center of town. It was everything we expected and a very "easy house" to stay for a week. Nothing but praise for the decor, cleanliness and supplies. The keypad entry is really convenient and easy to use. Highly recommend to others who may be interested.

Great Location
The house is in a very convenient location - a mile or so from the central part of Edgartown, maybe 2.5 to 3.5 miles to the beach, depending on which one you go to, 1 mile to Morning Glory Farm. Any amenity you could need is there and all very good quality. The beds are very comfortable. We have a king at home, these were queens, but you never felt the other person move in the bed. Rooms are all good size, not crowded. There is a screened in porch, which was great for sitting outside. Great place to stay on the Vineyard!

MV Summer Vaca
We’ve been coming to MV for many years for our family summer vacation, and this house was the best we’ve stayed at! The layout was fantastic with one bedroom down and two up, a comfortable living room, spacious kitchen and open floor plan, with a nice screened in open-air room to enjoy nature without the bugs. The rear deck has ample room to enjoy outdoor dining. What’s more, the owners have everything you need and want already there, so thoughtfully appointed and well stocked so you can roll right into your vacation. The location is great too, private, yet within a short walk to Edgartown center. I definitely recommend this place, perfect for a family retreat.

This is our second time staying at 1 Dunham's Path. It it the perfect layout for our family of 5 and the perfect location. Quick drive or bike ride to beach and downtown but far enough so that it is quiet and no crowds. Korrie is so responsive to any questions. It is sad to have to leave but we will be back once again!

The unit was well stocked and ideal for the time spent. Due to the epidemic, we did not dine out much and the back porch was ideal for suppers. The owner was most helpful with recommendations for shopping and sightseeing. I would well endorse this home.

Beautiful property in a desirable area
This property is perfect for 6-8 people looking to stay in Katama. A close walk to town, this house has it all - spacious bedrooms, two bathrooms, outdoor shower, deck, grill, and a screened in porch. While the house is clean and quaint, I can't say enough too about the owners. They are welcoming, communicative and go out of their way to open their beautiful home to guests.

Best home I ever rented!
Korrie was great! She always responded to my messages quickly and was very bubbly! We had two families stay which included two couples and four teenage boys. The house was perfect for our group. The house had TONS of amenities such as spices, paper products, cleaning products, and top of the line cookware. All they ask is that you replace what you use. We were perfectly located a little more than a Mile to Edgartown center and 3 miles to south beach. We rode bikes all over the place, including a trip to Oak Bluffs and back. It was a gorgeous ride. We would love to stay here again!
