"Das Hotel besticht durch das äußerst nette Personal und das exzellente Service. Zum perfekten Urlaub in dieser Preisklasse fehlen nur ein paar Kleinigkeiten. Bei der Ankunft wäre ein Willkommensgruß nett (Getränk, "Betthupferl",..) schade fanden wir, dass der Wellnessbereich nur bis 19:00geöffnet ist-nach dem Abendessen nochmal schwimmen gehen, hätte auch etwas. Außerdem war das Wasser (besonders im Aussenbecken)für uns etwas zu kalt. Die hoteleigenen Badeschlapfen mit Werbeaudruck sind mit 3...

"A hidden gem! Everything about this hotel is luxurious, from the heated flooring, fresh breakfast platter, super comfortable rooms, to sitting outside watching the sunset drinking locally made wines. "This hotel is in the perfect location in Graz. Just out the door there is tons of shopping and dining options. It’s also about a 20min walk from the train station. The staff was so nice and helpful! The rooms are spacious, clean and nice beds. The decorations in the hotel also added a charming look to it. I would recommend this hotel and would easily book it again. "
