"Carpets in hallways had not been vacuumed in a while. In my room there was a phone with no cord for the headset and no cord to plug into phone outlet. There were no cups in my room or "do not disturb sign". Staff that was there were very friendly."

"pros: clean room, staff was friendly. Nice hot tub.
Cons: no elevator. I am disabled and I can hardly handle too many steps. My wife and I tried to cancel the reservation. We called the hotel customer service and we got the run around. The phone in the room was useless: no telephone cord! The mattress was too hard and we didn't get a good night's sleep.Breakfast was ok."
