"We have stayed here before and as last time, it was perfect. Charles is a wonderful host and when we turned up late on a Sunday evening with few local dining opportunities, he created a delicious platter of cheeses and meats for us, including an aged Brillat-Savarin that was just divine. He helped us get away for the channel crossing on time by accommodating us a bit early for breakfast. The room (Reims) was very comfortable, with a shower and bath. Highly recommended."

"Often stay here when driving through France. The location is practical and the bed is comfortable. The only down side is that there is very limited option in the area when it comes to food. "

"Hotel was OK but it's location is a challenge as there is nothing else in the village. Hotel Restaurant fully booked on day of arrival so had to head out elsewhere after a long day travelling wasn't great. Breakfast was ok but at €14 per person, not great value. Pool was good and staff mostly friendly. "

"The staff were excellent. There was an unavoidable issue with the room we had booked, but they went out of their way to ensure that we were still accommodated and comfortable. Breakfast was also excellent. "

"The room was big and spacious, check in was easy and parking was secure and right outside the room. Breakfast was lovely, we were the only ones present and the lady running it was very accommodating with fresh produce. Exactly what we wanted from our stay, something non-generic and felt like a local stay. "
