Disappointing

A disappointing first impression when I arrived. All closed up. Owner arrived soon after to find staff inside. I booked a cottage and got a loft/attic area. The photos and description of the property aren't a bit like what you got. With extremely bad WiFi. Before I stayed, I was asked to walk quietly whilst moving around upstairs. That there were other rooms downstairs. Breakfast was simple.
