"This house is amazing! This was our 4th trip to Costa Rica as a family and we have stayed in many VRBO's over the years. This was hands down our favorite. While the house is up a dirt road, it is a road in good condition for Costa Rica and we never even used our 4 WD. The layout, the pool, the amenities, the kitchen, everything was great. We had a couple little issues that happened during off hours for the hosting company, they responded very quickly and I would rate their communication at 5 stars. We did however, have to do the fixes ourselves, but luckily they were small.We saw a few toucans and a couple of agouti's but that was the extent of the wildlife. The view from the many outdoor areas is amazing and includes a beautiful view of the ocean. This home is in fantastic condition. We loved the many cooking appliances and utensils. Very well stocked for cooking at home. The hosting company does a stellar job with the cleaning, I am very particular and I had 0 issues with their cleaning.My only real constructive criticism is that the beds are a bit firm and the pillows really soft. We have found however, that this is typical for the area. I guess in the US we like to sleep a bit softer.I would absolutely book this home again."
Villa Montemar - Mountain and Ocean Views + Infinity Pool

"My stay at Villa Montemar was nothing short of amazing. The entire house was spotless from top to bottom, but also extremely comfortable. The upstairs terrace was a great place to catch the sunset. As a digital nomad who is always traveling, this is my favorite place I’ve stayed at. The WiFi was very strong and reliable, and I enjoyed having a proper desk to work from. The kitchen was extremely well-equipped with state of the art cookware. I loved being able to look out to the ocean while cooking. The hosts and concierge also provided insight of what to do in the area, including hikes, yoga, and more. Lastly, what I loved the most was how open the house is. Being up in the mountains, there is constantly a fresh breeze and I was able to keep the windows open all the time and listen to the sounds of nature - from the bird calls to even the waves crashing late at night. Don’t hesitate to book this place - you won’t regret it! "

"We had a great stay in Dominical! The house was clean and spacious, as pictured. There is a long, steep drive but you will be rewarded with an amazing view and lots of birds and wildlife. Host Kerri recommended Chef Kevin, who was incredible, and a great guide at Manuel Antonio. The house was perfect for two families to share. We will return! "
Casa Montaña - Majestic Ocean Views at Dominical Hills

"Casa Montana is a gem! We stayed there for 8 nights and it is such a beautiful house! We were a family of 4, 2 elderly parents. Since we have been to CR previously, we knew what to expect (driving up an unpaved mountain road in a 4x4). Once we got to the house, the view is breathtaking! You can’t describe it & pictures don’t do it justice!The house is well thought out & well maintained, kitchen is well stocked and the pool is amazing - if you don’t want to leave the house, you don’t have to! The patio is set-up with a grill, sink and fridge (which is so wonderful for when you want to grill).Everyday, toucans were around the house and we even had macaws flying. It was great to see all the butterflies and wildlife around the gardens & house.Alex is a great help with whatever you need and is a great resource. He was very helpful while we stayed there.We went to Uvita beach, Hermosa beach, Dominicalito & Dominical beach (where we were able to ride the waves). We did a cocoa tour in Playa Hermosa which was the best cocoa tour we ever had. We also took the truck tour to get to Nauyaca waterfall. Another day, we went to the Uvita waterfall-a favorite spot for us. We went to an Eco Termales (about 40min away from the house) on someone’s property and it was great.But after every activity, we looked forward to return back to the house, relax, enjoy the pool and the views. It is such paradise & we can’t wait to return and stay at beautiful Casa Montana!"

"First, the Hosts are wonderful. There was a small issue which was no problem for us at all but they notified us ahead of time in case we wanted to change plans. That is caring about your guests! This is a well maintained property. Clean on the inside and well kept grounds on the outside. Wildlife was present several times including a sloth and monkeys. The beach is a sand beach that slopes away very gently. Great for walking, running or just playing in the water. Many activities within a reasonable distance. This is a little piece of Paradise!!"

"A truly life changing experience at Villa Los Aires. The villa exceeded every expectation. It is beautiful, spacious, peaceful, and the views were unreal. My entire group was amazed the moment we arrived, and it felt like stepping into our own private world.The staff made this trip unforgettable. Esteban felt like family from day one. His warm energy and the way he went above and beyond meant everything to us. He even cleaned and folded our laundry, which we never expected and still talk about. He and Juan Jose decorated the entire villa for my birthday with so much excitement and care. The lights and the setup were a dream come true. The chefs were incredibly kind and every meal was authentic, flavorful, and made with love.When one of our cars got stuck, Esteban and Juan Jose rescued us without hesitation and handled everything so calmly. A quick note for future guests: the drive is a journey and you absolutely need a four wheel drive. I am grateful Stephen prepared us for this. Let me tell you it’s 1000% worth it!!! Stephen helped me plan this trip for twenty people and made everything feel easy. His communication and recommendations were perfect. Esteban even took us on a hike to two breathtaking waterfalls on the property. My only regret is that we didn’t stay longer!!!!! For all you receive, the beauty, privacy, service, views, and genuine kindness, the value is incredible. Everyone in my group said this was one of the best trips of their lives. PURA VIDA!"
