"Wir sind mit unserer 8-köpfigen Familie (alle Erwachsene) für 3 Wochen in diesem wunderschönen, modernen und großzügigen Haus mit einem wahnsinnig großen, komplett eingezäunten Garten zu Gast gewesen. Der Salzwasser-Pool ist mehr als ausreichend groß und perfekt ausgestattet mit Heizung, Desinfektionsanlage und vor allem mit einer Kinder- und Hundesicheren Abdeckung. Das Haus ist mit allem ausgestattet was man für einen unbeschwerten Urlaub braucht. Parkplätze für mindestens 3 Autos sind direkt vor der Haustüre. Das Haus liegt am Ortsrand von Doingt und ist sehr ruhig. Natur pur. Wir waren total begeistert. Leider wird die Beschreibung des Hauses dem tatsächlichen Haus nicht gerecht. Es ist echt viel besser. *****-Sterne !"

"An excellent hotel to stay at whilst visiting the battlefields of WW1 on & near the Somme. Parking is free and plentiful, food (both dinner & the breakfast buffet) very well priced and enjoyable."

"This is a great property that backs up to the Somme River. The view in the backyard is beautiful. The enclosed patio is a great place to read or have dinner. There is lots of shade from the 4 huge willow trees. There are lots of birds and frogs, and you can see hundreds of fish in the river. It’s very peaceful. The house itself is fairly basic but clean and it has everything you need. The owners have good communication. I highly recommend this property."

"Staff couldn’t have been friendlier or more helpful. The location is a 5 minute walk from the centre with a nice choice of restaurants or take away food. Péronne is a lovely place and we enjoyed our overnight stay. Great value, thank you."

"A mid price hotel on the outskirts of Peronne. As usual with such , its away from the centre, a car journey for shops, restaurants etc. The rooms are quite small but, adequate for the essentials. Shower worked fine with ok pressure. The beds are comfy, maybe an extra pillow would be nice. Breakfast was good, wide choice and typical of French fare. The evening meal a little disappointing. Better to visit one of the restaurants in town. The staff were friendly, efficient and spoke good English. Parking on site. This was a battlefield trip so it forfilled my requirements and, I would book again in the future"

"The room was fresh and clean as well as tidy. The breakfast was good quality and value for money. The hotel is also located in the centre of Albert which is very convenient. The hotel proprietor was helpful and welcoming."

"A 'proper' French residence with plenty of creative decorative flair that can only be found in this country. Manu, one of the hosts was a man of few words but the 'words' weren't his as it was in English but still good comms throughout my short stay. "
