A rare and refined setting for this superb 350m² house for 12 people: 6 bedrooms, 2 shower rooms, 2 bathrooms, large fully equipped kitchen, large double living room, laundry room, lots of storage. a covered terrace is available, as well as an uncovered one.

A beautiful swimming pool will be at your disposal from spring 2018.

Hébergement de qualité pour 12 personnes. Si vous souhaitez vous ressourcer, la localisation est idéale. Située dans un très grand domaine, vous trouverez tout le confort dans la maison tres propre, couchages très correct avec en plus piscine, baby-foot, terrasse, exposée plein sud. Je recommande cette location.

bon séjour caniculaire supportable grâce à la piscine et à l'étang, à signaler la fuite de la climatisation de la chambre du haut et le manque de verres pour bierre ou jus de fruits ainsi que la présence importante de guêpes, une des 2 barques est inutilisable, maison et prestations très agréables

Cadre agréable avec des points à améliorer

Cette très grande maison, agréablement située dans un environnement rural et forestier particulièrement calme, convient bien à des vacances familiales ou entre amis. Belle piscine enclose, baby-foot, nombreux livres pour tous âges… Toutefois les chambres sont très inégales en taille et en confort (elles n’ont pas toutes douche, WC et placard de rangement). La vaisselle et les couverts sont assez disparates et parfois en quantité insuffisante pour le nombre de convives prévu (nous étions justement 12). Surtout certains équipements sont insuffisants : le lave-vaisselle très peu performant qui oblige à faire un prélavage soigné à la main, ou encore le grille-pain basique et très lent, vraiment insuffisant dès qu’on est plus de deux ou trois à l’utiliser. D’autre part, à l’arrivée, une intense odeur d’égout affectait une des chambres, venant de la salle de bains. Il a fallu une forte dose de Destop et l’ouverture des fenêtres pour en venir à bout en 3 jours. Vu le prix relativement élevé pour cette région, qui n’est pas la plus touristique de Dordogne, il s’imposerait de renouveler certains appareils ménagers ou équipements, et de mieux assurer l’entretien de fond, compte tenu du nombre potentiellement élevé de locataires (vidange du système d’assainissement en particulier) afin que le séjour dans cette belle maison soit une parfaite réussite.

Très bien

Très belle propriété au calme. Le cadre est superbe avec la forêt et son étang. Très grande maison avec beaucoup d'espace et bien équipée si ce n'est les verres (un peu juste pour 11) et les ustensiles cuisine, un peu ligth pour réaliser des repas de fêtes mais bon ça reste tout à fait correct quand même. Les chambres et la literie sont confortables . 3 sont équipées d'une sdb/sdd individuelle, les 3 autres doivent se partager 1 sdb commune mais qui donne directement dans la plus grande chambre, niveau intimité c'est moins sympa pour ces 3 chambres là (mais bon ça reste un détail). En tout cas c'est une très belle location ou nous avons passé un très bon séjour en famille.

6 chambres au lieu de 7...

Lors de la réservation, il était stipulé 7 chambres sur le site et nous n'en avons eu que 6. Deux personnes ont donc dû partager une chambre, ce qui n'était pas du tout ce qu'elles souhaitaient. Je vous demanderai par conséquent nous proposer une compensation financière car cela ne correspondait nullement à la proposition initiale proposée et validée. Dans l'attente de votre retour, sincères salutations.

Très beau domaine au calme

Nous avons passé un super week-end. Le domaine est super au milieu des bois, au calme. La maison est très agréable, bonne literie, bien équipée. Une chose peut-être pour le nombre de convives, ça manque de verres. Notre séjour était en mars’ nous avons profiter de belles balade avec les chiens ; en été cela doit être encore plus agréable avec la piscine et l’étang.

Propriétaire très disponible par téléphone, magnifique endroit, très calme avec de grands espaces vert, très joli coin au bord de l'eau. C'était un week-end trop court à mon goût. Merci à bientôt c'est sûr.

Une propriété spacieuse, bien équipée et idéalement située pour les amateurs de Nature

Nous avons loué la maison pour un séjour de Noel en famille, sur 4 jours (10 pers + 2 chiens). Nous avons pu profiter du parc dans lequel se situe la maison, avec un bel étang de pêche à quelques centaines de mètres. Les chambres sont confortables et spacieuses. La cuisine immense et une pièce pour manger avec une longue table pouvant accueillir au moins 15 pers. Maison bien chauffée malgré les volumes de pièces. Un très beau séjour, avec un hôte à l'écoute et disponible. Je recommande très vivement.
