"My family (Great Great Grandparents onward) have been enjoying this hotel since the 1890’s. I expect nostalgia and old charm. What I did not expect is lack of customer service. It was explained to me (by staff) that my demographic is aging out, 50yrs plus. Technology and modern expectations are the priority. Cheap shows no matter one’s age. All eyes see the same. Details matter to any one with class. "

"We would most definitely stay here again. The whole experience was amazing. Modern look, spacious and clean room. The property itself also had a nice touch. I think when they renovated this property. A lot of passion was put into it. They spent money to update it and looks amazing. I think it made me appreciate Hope a bit more. The staff were friendly and kind. Extremely courteous. Would highly recommend and will definitely be spending sometime in September. Thanks so much for a great experience at your hotel. "
