"Fantastic spacious comfortable room which was very clean. The maintenance in the bathroom was a little poor, it was clean but felt tired. Great location with easy parking in the Q park next to hotel."

"Very central to the event we were attending, the room was spacious and well equipped but felt tired and used, the sink sloped, possibly cause it was damaged by someone sitting on it so water would splash out on to your clothes when you ran the taps. The air conditioning could not cope with the heat of the weekend and would error over night leaving the room very hot at about 4am. For that I'd probably look at another hotel the next time I was in Birmingham"
