"Parking was terrible. People was parking their travel trailers, trucking trailers across the parking lot taking up 6 to 7 parking spaces at one time. There wasn’t enough parking spaces as is and for there to be like 4 trucks taking up the spaces is crazy. You had to get there before 7pm to have a good parking spot and I stayed 2 nights and had to hurry back so I didn’t have to park across the street"

"I only stayed for one night but it was very comfortable for the one night. Staff were pleasant. There was a bus shuttle to the airport that I utilized. "

"I arrived at 6 PM and the receptionist told me that only one room was ready. I told her that didn’t make sense, and she replied: “Check-in starts at 3 PM, but we can’t guarantee the rooms will be ready.” That was one of the worst explanations I have ever heard in hospitality. If check-in is after 3 PM, that means I cannot enter before that time — but from that moment on, the room I paid for should be available. Otherwise, does it mean that at 10 PM my room might still not be ready? She did not acknowledge the issue and insisted that this happens frequently in many hotels. This is the first hotel where I have ever heard such a response. Ten minutes later, she managed to get all three rooms ready. However, her reaction was surprising — she seemed irritated that I questioned the situation. Although she said she was doing her best to help, her facial expression clearly showed that she was not pleased with being confronted. Room quality: normal. It serves the basic purpose of sleeping. I expected the pool to be slightly heated, as in another hotel in Destin where I stayed before, but the water was very cold. Even though the hotel does not explicitly promise a heated pool, in winter this becomes a negative point."

"Hotel is being renovated. My room was new, great condition. There were no glasses and the coffee didn’t fit the pot. Room needs towel holders and more trash cans. Had to leave before breakfast and hotel shuttle started after we had to leave so we walked to the airport. It is very close so no big deal. Phone did not work. Wakeup call was an hour early. Eventually, after the renovations, it'll we very nice "

"Staff was so friendly! They helped accommodate me with late check out so I could finish out my work orientation. My husband raved about the wifi speeds. My children loved the amount of space in the room. The bed was comfortable. The brought a pack and play to my room free of charge for my baby. Breakfast was delicious and free every morning. It was a phenomenal stay!"

"The property was extremely clean and well supplied. The staff were very professional and accommodating. Really there were only two items that could be seen as negative. The first was low water, pressure and temperature in the shower, and the second was a large number of truck-trailer combinations in the parking lot in the evenings, making parking challenging. Other than that, was a great experience and a very well maintained property."

"Everything was clean and front desk was very helpful. Expedia had failed to forward our reservation, but the manager resolved it quickly and even upgraded our room.The breakfast was not excellent but edible."
