"I had a wonderful stay at Chelsea Place while moving my daughter into the University of Michigan as an incoming freshman. The host was amazing—very helpful, attentive, and made the entire process smooth from pre booking to finish. The building itself was perfect: quiet, safe, and centrally located. The unit was beautifully modern, with two spacious bedrooms that comfortably accommodated myself, my daughter, and my cousin. We had more than enough space and truly enjoyed the comfort of the home.I would absolutely stay here again as I’ll be traveling back and forth to visit my daughter, London, at school. Highly recommend this condo and host for anyone visiting the area! The photos were exact."
Spacious 3-bed apartment with WiFi, AC NEAR HOSPITAL, ANN ARBOR
4/10 Poor
"Beds comfortable & all appliances worked, except for two (noted below). Other than that, false advertising. No 3rd bedroom. No gym. Not spacious. Tiny living room. Ground floor bedroom so small that king-size bed pushed against one wall. Basement bedroom has 2 double beds, 1 of which blocks closet. Very little kitchen counter space. Seven people could not possibly stay here with only 5 dining room chairs and 4 each of plates, bowls, cups & glasses (2 glasses leaked). Broken blinds. Dishwasher filthy & unusable. Kitchen overhead light burned out. Floors uneven. AC provided only by one window unit. No handrail to basement. Trip hazard. On dryer, auto dry regular cycle does not advance or automatically shut off. Fire hazard. Much work needs to be done. "
