"The ONLY COMPLAINT was the lack of courtesy from a senior front desk employee. Never a smile or courteous demeanor given during our stay. Ask a question and always got abrupt answers. My complaint was shared along with other family members and guests. This is not a reprimand on his demeanor but a suggestion to make known to him a customer especially during the holiday season should be responded to with a friendly approach. The curmudgeon personality was not at all acceptable. Otherwise our stay at the Fenwick was delightful. "

"There’s a beautiful entrance leading to a pretty lobby. Directly on the ocean with beautiful beautiful views. Everyone who works there has a smile on their face is pleasant and helpful. The breakfast was great. All of the pools were clean and maintained. The property appears a little bit older, but everything was spotless and the entire area appears a little bit older- like any beachfront community."
