"Rude staff from start to finish. They stored our luggage when we came because room was not ready. When we received our room, they would not bring up the baggage despite asking multiple times. I even went downstairs to remind them and still nothing. After one hour, I just got it myself. No apologizes, acted as if nothing is wrong. Ordered omelet at the station and the cook gave away my food to someone else and then just pretended like nothing happened. The phone in the room didn’t work - they couldn’t care less. The attitude of the staff is just very odd. Really soured our experience in Split. These are just a few examples from the minimal interactions we had with them. I would not recommend staying here. This is NOT a 5 star hotel. 3 stars at best."
