The room was "as pictured" and nice. I still dislike (seems to be a European thing) of having only a portion of the shower (no bathtub - which is fine) covered by a glass partition. As a result, expect some water to splash across the floor. The hotel does have a great view of the river and Buda.

What are some of the general tips for travellers to Eastern Europe during the COVID-19 outbreak?
If it's your first time travelling during COVID-19  you'll notice a few more standards and rules in place. Take note of these tips and make your journey to Eastern Europe a smooth one:
  • Find out if any travel restrictions apply to your origin and destination before locking in a flight. Also check if there are any requirements you'll have to follow on arrival, such as undergoing health assessments.
  • You're required to wear a face mask at the airport, including at security checkpoints. Be ready to adjust your mask for identification purposes when asked by a TSA employee.
  • To minimize the risk of cross-contamination, position your boarding pass on the scanner yourself and then hold it up for inspection. Do not hand your pass directly to a TSA employee.
  • One liquid hand sanitizer container is now allowed in your carry-on bag. It must not be larger than 12 oz (350 ml), and you'll need to remove it from your bag for scanning.
  • Place any personal items (e.g, keys, phone and wallet) in your carry-on instead of a bin to minimize handling during the screening process.
  • Separate any food you have for X-ray scanning. Putting it in a clear plastic bag and into a bin reduces the need for a TSA employee to touch and inspect your belongings.
