"friendly staff, clean and open lobby. Did not like having to pay $25 to get into room a couple of hours early - especially as a Hilton Honors member, but that is a corporate issue, not unique to this hotel."

"The Hu Hotel was very nice. We only stayed one night but the staff was friendly and helpful. Parking is a little chaotic and you have to pay for it.They have an incidentals fee that covers the parking but would have been nice to know ahead of time. We slept in so did not pertake in the buffet breakfast. The rooftop bar is very nice and had great scenery. Hotle is within walking distance of good food and entertainment. Overall we enjoyed our stay and would probably book again if we pass through Memphis!"

"It was a bit of a shock as there was only one lobby attendant, and no front desk, but the cell check-in was very convenient and I love the fact that everything was touchless. Great location that is convenient to the downtown festivities. Definitely check out this hotel as the lobby is gorgeous and the rooms are not only affordable, but definitely clean"
