The house is great, with lots of space and very flexible in use. The owners are obviously upgrading which is great to see and will be even better when this is finished.

The property is spacious with a well stock kitchen for every need. The beds are comfortable and the property was spotlessly clean. Would highly recommend staying here. Lovely walks around the harbour and easy access to Eastbourne

Amazing property with a beautiful marina one road away
This was our second stay at Carlos property my guys all had there own room multiple showers and toilets extremely clean and well kept extremely spacious We had 5 guys staying and there was plenty of room and we felt right at home best place I have stayed in Eastbourne hands down and we have been in multiple properties there as we have all been working away for 2 months I will try book this next week again if it’s available
