    "The hotel room is spacious and clean. The front desk staff are very friendly, however l was a bit disappointed with their knowledge. Eg. I asked and l was informed that there are no bus services to the town centre, and my best option is to go and walk there. I took a 35 minutes walk to the town centre and l found a bus ride back to the hotel with a bus stop 50 metres away outside the hotel. I also discovered that the hotel has a bus shuttle service to the town centre on a limited schedule. 1st..."
