"Really enjoyed my stay here at the Haian. I booked an ocean view room. It was spacious and clean. The hotel itself is in a wonderful location. If you want to try surfing, it is literally across the street. The breakfast buffet is top notch. All the food was amazing. The hotel staff is helpful and considerate. The gym could use a bit of updating. There was only one weight machine in the entire gym and it was for thigh workout!! Dumb bells only go up to 15kg. Swimming pool was clean. Warning. There is construction on both sides of the hotel, so if you get a non view room, most likely you will be hearing construction noise. VN has no laws on worktime, so it could go on 24hrs. Bring ear plugs. I would definitely recommend and stay here again."

"I had a wonderful experience staying at this hotel. The customer service was excellent, and the staff were incredibly kind and attentive. During my stay, I had a minor accident that was unexpected and honestly left me feeling a little shaken. What really stood out to me was how quickly the staff noticed that I needed help and how genuinely concerned they were. They went out of their way to make sure I was okay and comfortable. Their kindness and personal attention meant a lot to me, especially when I was away from home. I truly appreciate how caring and supportive the staff were, and that experience made my stay even more memorable. I would highly recommend this hotel for your next trip. The location is fantastic—less than a 2-minute walk to the beach with vibrant nightlife nearby. It’s also only about a 5-minute ride to the Dragon Bridge and night market. Great location, wonderful staff, and truly caring service. I would definitely stay here again!"

"Booked a room for three people, paid for three people yet they insist on arrival there is going to be one kings bed for all three people unless we pay more for an extra bed. We heard other guests were hit by the same, not great. The hotel is new and beautifully designed, very calm and soft music is playing throughout the ground which makes a lovely relaxing stay. The room (other than the bed situation) is well appointed, super spacious bathroom and walk in dressing area, spacious balcony and really comfortable beds. Love the big TV too. Breakfast is buffet style with a range of live stations, good selection of fresh food, very tasty and the restaurant provides indoor and outdoor sitting. Service is efficient. The adult infinity pool area is wonderful but I think it can feel bit small if hotel is fully occupied. The family pool is great just in front of the private beach. The cabanas are beautiful if you manage to get one, all in all, the hotel ground and bay location is wonderful. The Mountains provide an amazing vista which is great for photos and sunset. We went to the cable car rides and the sky walk, highly recommended but be prepared a fair bit of stairs if mobility is an issue."

"Our stay at BlueSun Hotel has been wonderful. All of the hotel staff, from the receptionists and concierge to the cleaning staff, were friendly and welcoming. They frequently checked in with us to make sure we had everything we needed. One thoughtful gesture that really stood out to us was how one of the staff members would bring an umbrella to shield my family from the rain whenever we were coming in or leaving the hotel. It was such a small but meaningful gesture that showed how attentive and caring the staff were. We were also very impressed with the cleanliness of the rooms and the exceptional service throughout our stay. The hotel is conveniently located within walking distance of the beach and in close proximity to other tourist attractions, such as Lady Buddha. It is also only about an hour away from Hoi An, making it an ideal location for exploring the area. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and would highly recommend BlueSun Hotel to anyone visiting Da Nang!"
