"Good hotel with excellent breakfast options. The gym is quite small, but the pool, sauna, and steam facilities are very good. It’s only a 5-minute walk from the tram stop. We had a small issue at check-in, but the lady at the front desk was very helpful and resolved it quickly. The room had a few minor faults, but nothing that would downgrade the overall experience. Overall, a good hotel and worth staying at."

"I had villa room. Very clean and cosy compared to villas in other countries. Bathroom: i have noticed in eastern europe and central asia they seem to all have the foul drainage smell in all bathrooms. It must be the way drainage is designed. For a 5 star the toiletries wasn't on par. No fans, leave window open 24/7. Toilets have bidets in rooms but not in public areas, no issues with running water.
