"Overall decent hotel but a bit dated and quite busy which created some disturbance"

"in the process of the checking in, we arrived at 2:00pm, the front desk lady “told” (not informed) us the official check in time was 3:00pm. Neither she offered to store our luggage. Just left us there standing. As customers, we certainly did not appreciate the hospitality. I wish Hotel Central administration would take note of this. Thank you."

"This hotel is in a great location. It was a nice hotel 20-25 years ago, but now the furniture and carpets are old, worn out, and stained. Staff are friendly, but the owners obviously do not invest in the hotel anymore. There are many better hotels in Sarajevo for a lot less money. "

"The hotel is overall very good and welcoming, with friendly and hospitable staff and so clean. My main criticism is that there was not a single glass or cup in the room for drinking water. Also, there was nowhere in the bathroom to place a toothbrush, shaving items, or other toiletries. Normally, most hotel bathrooms provide at least a cup or a small holder for toothbrushes and toothpaste. Another issue was the lack of a shower door or curtain, which caused the entire bathroom floor to get completely wet after every shower."

"I had a fantastic stay at the Malak Regency Hotel. The staff were incredibly helpful and went out of their way to make everything smooth and enjoyable from start to finish. The overall hotel experience was excellent — everything felt comfortable, well-organized, and welcoming. The highlight of my stay was the receptionist, whose name I unfortunately didn’t catch. She was amazing — truly helpful, courteous, and polite, and made a lasting impression with her professionalism and kindness. One of the standout features was the breakfast. The variety was impressive, with so many options that it was impossible to try everything. No matter what you’re in the mood for, there’s something there for you. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting."
