The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
You may leave the beds unmade. Place used towels & dishcloths in piles on the floor.
Wash all dishes prior to leaving. You may leave them to dry and we will put them away. Gather all trash and place it in the bins provided outside the house.
Turn off lights, small appliances, and A/C units. If heat was used, turn all thermostats down.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
