Modern home with a comfortable, airy, coastal feel! Four bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms with spacious kitchen and living areas. Newly added office loft space with 2 workstations! Outdoor dining/living space includes BBQ, dining table, propane fire table, seating area & electronic/retractable awning. The large, private yard also features a large in-ground, heated pool and swing set for the kids. (Other baby/children items available upon request.) Quick ride to the beach and/or village! Everything you need for your perfect summer getaway to the beautiful Hamptons!
