You can tell this is a slightly older hotel, but it is very clean and has everything you need. Our room was huge, and we loved having a kitchen and living room. Location is fantastic, right in the heart of downtown Vancouver, lots of cafes, shops, and restaurants nearby. You could easily walk most places in downtown! Bus stops right outside as well. Staff were incredible, from front desk to the cleaning staff, everyone was so friendly! Overall phenomenal stay would definitely stay here again if I come back to visit.

Staff was amazing. The hotel was clean. Note that the restaurant and bar are being renovated but it is in the perfect location close to everything.

Stayed the last few days of April, 2026 and really loved the view from the 23rd floor where we had access to the Pacific Club. The food and amenities in this club were excellent, and the staff so friendly and courteous. Unfortunately, the alcoholic beverages are somewhat overpriced - a glass of wine is $19.00 for example; however, all food and nonalcoholic drinks were included.

Excellent hotel. Fantastic food in the restaurant. Highly recommend.

This place was immaculate. Looks brand new. Door security was incredibly helpful and kind.
