"No food available time of check in 2;30"

"Excessive noise at 3:30 am ..called desk and security went to source. Remained quiet for about 5 minutes but started again. Called the desk previous evening and asked for two blankets. I was told they only had one blanket available and I would have to come get it. The toilet water ran nonstop. Went to get water from the complimentary water dish and both were empty. The breakfast was not as expected and the juices were room temperature with no ice available. Very disappointed "

"Everything was great about this hotel- parking across the road with easy in and out. Restaurant mainfloor by pool. Rooms great with everything you need. Just got home and looking to go back next year. "

"The location is great, the room worked well for us, but the service is lacking. No housekeeping service in 5 days. When I requested sheets, I had to go get them. When I requested soap and clean towels, I had to go get them, too. Again, good place but the first place Ive ever stayed that had no service."

"Clean room. Beautiful Gulf of Mexico view. However, noise well after midnight of bar across street was hammering. Decor aged. "

"Our room was nice and big for the family with daily housekeeping service. However, we did not get our welcome drink upon check-in and were under the impression we would have complimentary beach umbrella/chairs which was not the case. The pool bar food was underwhelming and we decided to go to other nearby restaurants since the Shor onsite restaurant was overpriced. We have had better Hyatt Regency stays in other parts of the U.S. but for a busy spring break season in Florida, it was fine. "
