Area is nice and quiet, room is small but that wasnt an issue at it was comfortable and cosy.
There was a few issues with cleanliness with the bed, kettle and sink but overall not bad.
Would definitely stay again.
Really great accomodation. We had a room with full kitchen which I wish they had advertised as would have gone more prepared with meals. Beautiful view.
Everything good with this property. We stay2 night. Kitchen and lounge has excellent facilities. Wifi is very good. Large bathroom

A nice and comfortable place - quite cosy, and budget style accommodation.
Great views of the lake.
Its 9km out of town (in east Jindabyne).
It has all the essentials.
It has some unique rules such as taking all your rubbish with you, any degree of markings on bedding will result in cleaning costs passed onto you. I also noticed the cups and spoons provided were not cleaned properly.
But overall, its a nice, cosy room, and is safe and secure.
Thankyou.

Amazing view. Property just a little on the small side
Room was excellent, warm inviting comfortable clean and fresh .
Modern and superior beds linen was comfortable and cosy
Kitchen was amazing easy to use everything has been thought of .
Really appreciate things that were in our kitchen that are often forgotten.
The view was awesome and we had no trouble at all parking entry and exit .
We took pictures of our room to remember how nice it was !!
Thanks for making our holiday a success you all should be very proud of the quality .
Made us make sure we try to leave it as perfect as we found it with genuine respect for the efforts you have gone to .
We booked the deluxe king room. Well we got quite a surprise when we opened the door at it was soooo small. It had a microwave so I assumed when I was packing that there would be some crockery and cutlery but no, there was only teaspoons and cups! thankfully the bed was very comfortable and the towels (no face washer) were beautiful and soft and large.
Whilst they had strict rules for cleaning up, spare garbage bags and a sink to wash your eating materials in rather than the bathroom sink - and a tea towel would be nice. They don't want stains on their towels but don't provide a tea towel or a bath mat. Other than that it was absolutely gorgeous, loved it and cosy.
Photos shown in while booking shows full lake view and in reality it you can see just a glimpse of lake. Photos shows ample room but in reality it’s hardly 2 person can walk around. Also hou can hear if someone in the next room is walking in their room.
Check-in was easy. Place was perfect if youre going for a mini ski trip

Was really good spot to stay, apartment was great had everything we needed, just needs a shelf in the shower area and the floors were quite dirty when we checked in, I don’t think they were swept or mopped from the previous stay, apart from that we loved it
Room had what we needed for the trip. It was basic but it was also one of the cheaper places to stay in the area. We ate out and only used the room to sleep in. There is no chairs or table to sit at. There were some minor things which were an inconvenience, like no tiny milks for tea or coffee provided, there was no face or wash cloth provided and only 1 pillow provided for each bed, (there was other pillows in the cupboard but no pillow cases). Also im average height and the toilet was very difficult to sit on because the vanity unit is too close. If you were tall or had big legs the toilet may be very difficult to use.

Disliked: Staff & service, room comfort
Ordinary and over priced
Room was way too small for a king size bed. Tripped over large weeds upon entering the room. Was not value for money.
Does not feel “delux”, more like a garage turned accommodation.
Room is very small, basic, and bed is uncomfortable.
Linen wasn't that clean, saw some fluff and hair stuck on it.
Probably wouldn't choose room12 again unless was desperate

Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service
Beddings were not changed, it looks like someone just got out of bed. There’s stain on the blanket and there’s no fitted sheet and no bath mat or mat on the bathroom floor. The draft on the door is horrible, you can feel the wind.
Not worth the price at all, even in the peak season.
The Kitchen had bare minimum, the pans were disgusting, and some utensils were un-clean, oven wasn't working, microwave was full of rust. I wish i checked the utensils before planning, we got the groceries to cook our food but couldn't then had to go out for eating.
High aspirations for charging customers with no or minimum concerns for them.
