The space stays cozy with heating and cool with (bedroom only) AC, making it perfect 3 season home.. A hair dryer and iron add convenience to your stay. This serene retreat offers a fantastic blend of relaxation and practicality. Experience what East Greenwich has to offer with a stay at our family summer home. This location is especially attractive to longer stay traveling professionals. The home is not available from the end of June to the middle of August - exact dates negotiable. It is a short walk to the beach and picturesque Goddard Park for outdoor relaxing. The neighborhood is friendly and safe at all hours. The detached garage is not included. Included: Internet, smart TV, Lawncare, driveway plowing, Oil baseboard heat, electric, water, sewage, curbside trash and recycling pick up, towels, sheets, blankets, fully equipped kitchen,
