Hotel facilities were good, nice views & hotel itself is lovely however quite an expensive meal which we believe was over priced for what it was.

Always stay at this hotel in hofn. Food is great and workers are so nice and chatty.

Aurora Cabins
Room was clean and comfortable, heated nicely for arrival. Shower was hot and instructions for the cabin easy to understand. We arrived late and then waited to see the northern lights, which we did. A great view from the bedroom side window over the mountains. Definitely would come back here

Old Cottages
We had a great experience staying at the Old Cottages. The location is absolutely amazing, with a beautiful waterfall right out back that made the setting feel peaceful and unique. Krákhamar apartments
Krakhamar was great, the owner was very friendly and helpful, the day we were supposed to leave the road was washed out, and she was very accommodating and helpful. As for the apartment, we were able to cook a fantastic dinner, and enjoyed a peaceful night sleep, despite the storm outside.
