"The facilities appear clean but can use some updating. The carpet in the suite is outdated & smelled like it may have been cleaned but a slight moldy smell. We enjoyed the spaciousness of the suite. 2 tvs is added bonus & perfect for two! The managers cocktail hour is nice added touch with complimentary beverages."

"This was a very quiet and clean hotel. Nothing fancy, a little dated, and seemed more like a place for people coming to work and stay a few days than if you're a tourist wanting to have a more upscale experience. There isn't a bar in the hotel so you'll need to venture to find one so there isn't a hang-out and chill vibe in the lobby, it's just get in and out. The staff were very nice and it's a convenient location to get all around the city."

"The room was fine but the AC filter hadn’t been cleaned in a minute. I’m very allergic and my nose stuffed up and throat was iching all night"

"The hotel itself was very clean, in a great location, and the staff was friendly and welcoming throughout our stay. We really appreciated how convenient everything was and how well the property was maintained. However, the breakfast buffet was extremely disappointing, especially considering the price. It was far too expensive for what was offered. The food quality was poor—particularly the scrambled eggs, which were honestly some of the worst we’ve had. To make matters worse, when we arrived at the restaurant, even the glasses had an unpleasant smell, which made for a very bad start to the day. Overall, while the hotel and staff were great, the dining experience needs serious improvement."

"This historic property has a beautiful back terrace looking over a wooded area that is quite peaceful. The hotel is very accessible to other areas of DC as there is a metro stop just 2 blocks away and it is near an area with shops and restaurants."
