"Hotel was in a quaint part of brandy wine PA, quiet, clean, lots of foliage and flowers and plants everywhere, colonial buildings around, birds and other wildlife too, the hotel was clean and well maintained, staffing desk staff was personable and helpful, the room was spacious enough for 3, nice wood furniture and the bathroom was spacious with big sink and good pressure in the shower, and outside quaint little outdoor shop area with different stores and businesses, found a bakery called Oso, delicious food and coffee and other drinks and freshly made food, highly recommend, we’ll be returning here at the hotel and area down the road :)"

"Everything met and exceeded our expectations. The check in was not an issue, as we got the code to let ourselves into the hotel and into our room an hour before our arrival, and there was no human contact involved or needed. The room was clean and well appointed, the balcony had a table and two chairs, and it was facing the endless qiet greenery. The bathroom was modern and spotless, there was a kitchenette and the bed was very comfortable and cozy. There was an extra blanket and three sets of pillows. The free breakfast was sufficient and again,no humans envolved.Everything was just magicallyset up, including the fresh flowers on the tables in the common area downstairs. The area is also beautiful and has rich civil war history. The hotel is located right next to where the Brandywine battle ended. It is also very close to the town of West Chester with all the restaurants and beautiful historic downtown and the University."

"The refrigerator in our room didn’t work, the TV never turned on, our room keys kept not working and the bed linens could be replaced with newer and better fitting. But the room was large, spacious and comfortable and the employees were very nice and helpful. We liked the deck out back with rocking chairs to sit on.. would’ve loved to have used the hot tub, but it closed too early for us, so we never did take advantage of it. All in all, it was a nice stay, but definitely some things could be improved upon!"

"The employees were just the nicest! The place was adorable. And the atmosphere was relaxing, calming, and fun. We really enjoyed it there. Even walking around looking ant all the cabooses and feeding the animals. Just hanging out. A beautiful place!"

"Great experience, staff was helpful and friendly. Would be helpful and useful if front desk had a small tool kit. I needed a pair of small pliers for a small task, and front desk couldnt help. resolved issue on own. But just a smal kit would have been helpful."

"Mostly clean and comfortable. The staff was friendly, but we didn't have towels or hand soap for the sink. Trying to get towels was a chore. I had to flag down a housekeeper just to get towels. The breakfast was terrible. Virtually no protein. 3/5 stars not the worst, but for that price keep looking around."
