"Everything from Valet to the room was great"

"I did not look out on the beach but on the boardwalk. Easy to walk onto the beach. Parking in the lot was a challenge because cars arw stacked. If you are not first in, you give your car keys to desk clerk and staff move your car so others can get out "

"Room and staff were both phenomenal. Room was cleaned everyday I stayed, fresh towels. Hotel was updated and everyone was very accommodating. Only downside to this place was you could not use the pool or hot tub after dark. "

"We enjoyed our stay The breakfast area does not flow well. The counters build out to the edge of a narrow doorway It creates a bottle neck or complete stoppage. The silverware was a scavenger hunt The sausage wasn’t hot No one kept the bus cart empty. Guests can clean up after themselves with a few conveniences like a place for dishes. "

"Nice place and enjoyable vacation. Only disappointment was I reserved ocean view and thought I had a balcony and was put in corner with no balcony. Friends came in later and got a room with a balcony cheaper than what I paid. This was during bike week."

"The hot tub was enjoyable but wavered between Luke warm and perfect. A restaurant would be nice. The place is a wonderful place to bring a family. The bartenders of the Tiki Hut were all fantastic."

"The oceanfront view and the beach itself were great. The morning restaurant staff and evening front desk staff were exceptional. (I’d come back to visit them!) Daytime front desk and management were far less impressive and less welcoming. Pool area was smaller than anticipated and not frequently maintained. Not sure anyone vacuumed sand from the pool during our 4 days & 3 nights there. There was no food or beverage service during the day (after 10am) and nothing available at or near the pool/beach, which was disappointing. Breakfast was extra as was late check-out. Not super impressed overall but there were some shining stars."
