This is advertised as beachfront. My room had a view of the parking lot. I’m highly disappointed. This place is a bit rundown. Not suitable for anyone looking for a nice location.

Ok, although over charged

The building and room looks like it came straight from a Motley crew view. The room was clean and our over all stay was ok for a last min booking. The security lady was kind. My over all complaint was I was not charged the $69 cleaning fee…… I was charged $128.93 (twice) and had to communicate several time to get one of the charges refunded. Then I was told the $69 charge plus 10% tax equals $128.93….. I just accepted that and we just will not book with them again….

We booked six nights beginning of the week we stayed somewhere else due to Hair all over the sheets and the room clearly wasn’t cleaned well. The toilet only flushed about half the time. The remote had no batteries. The AC was set to 66 but never got cold. The room had an awful, stale smell the entire stay. Curtains were so thin it was like daylight in the room at night. My husband was bitten by something and his arm swelled. Hard rock music blasted late into the night, making it impossible to sleep. The bathroom breaker blew; we told owner was advised he would let the hoa know and no one fixed it. They gave us only five towels for five people for six days. Absolutely unacceptable from top to bottom. One star.

Stay was overall ok, probably wouldn’t stay again. We were in a room booked for four people, 4 days, we were provided only 4 towels total and only were able to get more when we randomly ran into a cleaner who had to “ask her boss” if we were allowed more towels. The beds were uncomfortable but that was to be expected with price and style of hotel. Lastly the parking was horrible if you have a larger vehicle.

Do not rent this property. The people that own it tried to put us in a property several miles away from the room we rented. They said "we don't have any rooms that are where you rented so we moved you". We canceled and are trying to get a refund.

Had issues with the booking information ( discrepancy between the property and Hotels.com). Room was not very comfortable. Property is being renovated. Did not have access to some of the advertised amenities. The smoke detector was on top of the mini refrigerator instead of being attached to the building wiring and installed on the wall .......

Payed for beachfront room and ended up getting a parking lot view. There’s a $100 hidden fee for cleaning and taxes you pay at the last minute. Air conditioning barley works. Almost 80 in the room. There’s no front desk so your on your own.

The worst studio ever. That is not hotel and there are no lobby. All communication by phone. If some trouble they no care. Everywhere cockroaches. I reserved 2 nights and they charged $94.11 over the total price and I reserved by Expedia but charged me Beach front studios in. Don’t stop here guys!!!

This property it's being use as a live in for long time resident, there are NO front desk, NO staff to assist you if anything goes wrong , Garbage stream through out the property. The lights over the Exit signs leading to the stairs DON'T work, AND the pool has NOT been fix from Hurricane back in 2022.

When arriving hotel was not what was expected for the amount that was charged on website showed 131 after processing seen there was a 69 dollar charge on top of that for the cleaning of the room which was not shown in the total for the room after looking shows in small print on top of it all expected ocean view with balcony it was looking over the roof of the second floor parking can't even see the ocean or pool

Close to the beach; don't anticipate being able to have a beach front view though, as we were faced to a parking lot. Stovetop was cracked & only small burner could be used. Had to contact the unit owner (via text because theres no front desk) about the floors & shower being dirty, dirty drapes with holes, supplies that were supposed to be provided being unavailable, and various things being broken and the only solution was having someone mop the floors. Fine to get out of the house for the night but wouldnt expect much, at least the unit I was in.
